Rural Society - Chicago
The first outpost for Rural Society is located on the lobby level of Loews Chicago Hotel. This contemporary Argentine steakhouse from nationally renowned Chef Jose Garces is inspired by his many travels to South America.
That means, of course, that there's plenty of meat on the menu. Rural Society offers Argentine-inspired shared plates; steaks, chops, poultry and fish on the wood grill; and house-made pastas dressed up with seasonal vegetables.
Highlights on the menu range from whole Mediterranean sea marinated in caper brown butter and grilled lemon to a 12-ounce, dry-aged New York strip. And for those who'd rather sit back and allow the pros choose for them, a chef's tasting is available, choosing items from each category.
A primarily South American wine list and Latin-focused craft cocktails round out the beverage program.
